Quick update
Knitting updates: I finished one Jaywalker sock and completed the front half of the Fitted Tank…but I took a break from that to make a warping board. So, out came the power tools, a quick trip to Home Depot, sweat and sore fingers…and I made this! Thanks to Scoutj’s (Dyeing Super mama) instructions. I am really really happy that I managed to make it…I can’t believe I did it. I did have a little help with the filing and cutting of the metal rods but otherwise…all the drill, glueing and cutting was me. I kept telling my boyfriend how much i rocked…I was just excited over using the power drill. Heh.
Oh…I also made my own home-made niddy noddy with PVC….it’s ghetto fabulous but cost less than $3. No photos of that yet.
I was determined to dye yesterday and after all my activity, ended up starting it at 11pm. The Kool-Aid dyeing was surprisingly easy. It’s drying out right now.

Off to do a little knitting now…I feel like it’s been ages.
