So yummy, I could eat it…

Gorgeous handspun yarn

Detail of handspun

…you know you’re going crazy when you start talking to yarn.  I had to tell this one it was just gorgeous.

I found this handspun yarn at my LYS. I love handspun but don’t normally buy it just because I’m poor but this was a total impulse buy. The fiber artist who made this is incredibly talented and goes under the name of Bitsiebrand. I don’t think she has a website right now but last I heard from her, she was working on one. I’ll be making a skinny scarf with this one…it’s in the works at the moment.

I haven’t had much time to post lately. I started working my new job last week and had to work extra hours to make up work with a student. Ok, it’s not a full time job but somehow this last week has been crazy busy. I’ve also been taking a beginning guitar class at the local comm. college this summer, and that is winding down this coming week…got an insane final coming up for it. I can’t believe I’ve only been playing for the last five weeks but I’ve learned SO much! I’ve learned to re-read notes, sight read music, and starting on finger picking. I’ve developed bad ass calluses my on my left hand. (Rock ‘n roll! LOL.)

Once I get adjusted to the new schedule and guitar class ends, hopefully I’ll have more knitting related posts. :-)

    Hi again!

Thanks for your support. I’m glad you like it! If you have time, maybe you can make me a website in exchange for handspun :) . I have a whole mess I still have to bring to knitwitz and skein in Pasadena.

I wish I had more time so I could build a website, but I have little patience for internet related stuff :(

You can see my other handspun stuff @ www.littleyarn.etsy.com and let me know if there’s anything you want to trade for it, so you don’t have to spend your money!

    Thanks again!

    Jennie
