Post Excitement Blahs…
I just started work today and it’s been quite overwhelming. Long story but I’ve been meaning to post my recent FO’s *there’s two of them* lately but haven’t had time. I think I’m going to be busy all week…Back to school week…and I’m freaking out about now. I promise to post over the weekend.
Provided I don’t explode before then.

Oh…I still haven’t figured out who my Secret Pal is (upstream)….downstream wise, my spoilee was Emily of Knitter Next Door blog. She’s a writer and a compulsive knitter who loves mohair. She’s also a virgo. Funny…I know tons of virgos in my life. My brother and dad are virgos, as well as my last roommate. She was fun to spoil. Go check out her blog.
As for my One Skein Pal…it was Jen from the blog Purse-Ho. She’s got a hilarious sense of humour and loves purses, as you can tell from her blog title. She lives in Texas and loves the colour purple. Go say hello to her!

I hope your SP Spoiler reveals soon. You must be dying of anticipation! I can’t wait to see your FOs! Good luck with the beginning of the new school year. I already feel so busy and overwhelmed with mine.

and with the socks…it’s actually that i have a lot of single socks lying around that are half of a finished pair. they’re lying around waiting to be finished. it’s good motivation to put them away and pick them up again later because you’re so close to being done. however, the only bad thing is if you forget the pattern sequence or the number of stitches you used to turn the heel and graft the toe…aiya!
