Merci

Do you ever wonder what drives you to knit/sew/crochet/craft? I found this
lovely post
today and this made me think about my own craft. Do you ever wonder what drives you to knit/sew/crochet/craft/cook etc?

It’s almost like an obsession sometimes. Without thinking, the first thing I want to do when I get home is sit, knit and relax. OK, obsession makes it sound wrong somehow because every knitter/crafter I know has a life outside of their needles/tools. From all the amazing blogs I read, all I can tell you is that crafting is love.

For me personally, I enjoy the ability to create something with my own two hands…and this includes cooking too. Knitting has found a special place in me…and while I long to learn how to sew, crochet and make paper goods…until I have the time, it’s knitting for me, baby! The online community has been really helpful in continuing to inspire and teach me about knitting. I’m not sure where I would be without that support and inspiration.

So to all those crafty bloggers who keep me inspired daily through their words, pictures and crafts. Thank you.

So I’ll leave you with this: What/who inspires you in your crafting?

Happy Canada Day all

Personally, I’d include cooking as Crafting Activity.
