Not much to report here. I’ve been pretty monogamous with my knitting lately. Really. Still working on those Cherries/The Knittery socks and it’s flying by. I like the yarn. It’s nice and squishy. A tad splitty but working with addi turbos make it a perfect combination. I don’t have photos yet but they’re flying by. I hope to get them done this weekend and have photos too, even if I’ll be out of town this weekend. I love the BFF pattern…very simple, fast and lookin’ good with the colours.

Chocolat and Velvet Rouge cupcakes from Le Cupcake. I’ve never tasted red velvet cupcakes, so wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I loved the chocolate cupcake. It was rich and creamy without being sickeningly sweet. I’ve had a problem with a lot of the boba, smoothie type drinks lately. They’re TOO SWEET. Wow, never thought I’d say that. Ever. I suppose my taste buds had to grow up.
