Burn burn
Been busy moving (sorta), watching tennis (U.S. Open) and burning data off my computer (I download plenty…shh). I really have been knitting. See, I finished these socks a while ago but just haven’t posted.
Yarn: The Knittery Cashmere/Merino blend (older skein- 360 yrds)
Needles: #1 Addi Turbo Circs
Pattern: BFF socks by Cookie A.
Notes: Changed the toe to pointed toe, guided by Nancy Bush’s Vintage Socks. Quite an easy pattern to follow with great results. I have lots of love for cabling because I love the texture.
And right now, I am working on my Clapotis, which I am enjoying knitting quite a bit. It’s just been easier to focus on ONE knit while I’ve been all over the place moving. It’s actually been quite comforting. Moving has been tiring and it’s taken me a little bit to get used to living alone. It is my first time after all. I really like it though.
Anyway, lots to do before the weekend. Happy Labor Day Weekend all!
Over and out.

Ooh, those are lovely! I just placed an order for my first Knittery yarn, and I am so excited for it to get here. I can’t wait to see if it’s as great in person as it looks in photos!
