I started out the summer by casting on for socks…these also happen to be socks for my Sockapalooza 4 pal! I love the pattern (from the Cider Moon gals) and the yarn. I honestly wasn’t so hot for the colours until I made more progress with the sock. No pooling at all. […]

Is it summer already? I’m really looking forward to enjoying this summer, somehow it feels different and I’m determined to make it good. It feels like the last several years that I’ve been hiding out, I dunno…as if in preparation for something important while I went to school and struggled to get by. […]

It’s been over a week and I still feel like I haven’t tied up the loose ends. The hold-up was mainly because I’ve switched computers. Buh bye windows…hello Mac OS. Anyway, I received a refurbished iBook courtesy of my geek boyfriend, upgraded and definitely a lot more compact than the hunk of […]

I figured out how to magic loop!
I used the turkish cast-on method.
I was confused, but I did it.
Almost everything I am knitting right now is green.
I love green!
Is it really only Monday? Sigh.
